We source products directly from trusted suppliers and reputable stockists.

Product authenticity matters to us, and we work to ensure that the products we sell are genuine, sealed where applicable and suitable for retail sale.

How do I place an order?

Add your chosen products to your basket, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and complete your payment.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Can I return opened skincare, haircare or body care products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or unsealed skincare, haircare, body care, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
