Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm UK time, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Orders placed over the weekend or on a UK bank holiday will be processed from the next working day.

Dispatch may take slightly longer during sales, promotional periods and other busy times. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
