Beauty of Joseon Glow Replenishing Rice Milk Toner is a hydrating and balancing facial toner with a dual-layer formula designed to replenish moisture while reducing excess shine.

The transparent moisture layer contains rice extract, rice amino acids, glycerin, panthenol, hydroxyethyl urea and sodium hyaluronate to help leave the skin feeling soft, hydrated and refreshed. The powder layer contains kaolin, which absorbs excess sebum and helps create a smoother, less greasy-looking finish.

Shake the bottle before each use to combine both layers. The visible separation is completely normal and allows the formula to provide hydration and oil-balancing benefits in one step.
