La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M Anti-Blemish Corrective Gel Moisturiser is a lightweight daily moisturiser developed for oily, combination, blemish-prone and acne-prone skin.

The formula combines salicylic acid and LHA to gently exfoliate and unclog congested pores, while niacinamide helps soothe the skin and improve the appearance of post-acne marks. Zinc PCA helps control excess oil and visible shine, and Phylobioma supports a more balanced skin microbiome to help reduce recurring blemishes.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M is suitable for sensitive skin, all skin tones and users aged 10 years and over. It provides up to 24 hours of hydration and can be applied to the face, back or chest as part of a daily blemish-care routine.

How to use

How to use La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin across the entire face, avoiding the eye area.

It can also be applied to blemish-prone areas on the back and chest. Follow with broad-spectrum sunscreen as the final step of your morning routine.

Use in the morning and/or evening. When introducing the product, begin every other evening and gradually increase use according to your skin’s tolerance.

When using other strong active products, consider separating them between morning and evening routines rather than applying several exfoliating treatments together. La Roche-Posay recommends applying Effaclar Duo+M to the entire blemish-prone area rather than using it only as a spot treatment.
